My Lush purchases of the day :) Almost 40 Quids worth :D

I’ve always noticed it but never said anything. Do most stores have labels for bubble bars/bath bombs? I always see pictures of newly purchased Lush products with labels on the yellow bags. I’ve never had that before. Label stickers are always on the weighed products, like soap or facial cleansers, but when I get bath products they’re just left unlabeled in the bags. The sales associates usually just peek inside the bags and charge me for whatever is in there.

At my store, we typically only put labels on bath bombs, massage bars, etc. at customer request. Sometimes we’ll ask if they want them if we think it’d be helpful. I think it might be different in other countries… the labels in this picture look different than NA’s!

All stores have the ability to choose what the labels that come from their scale says. Also, the scales can change from store to store, like my shop’s scale doesn’t have the ability to print the date on the label. The fonts and font sizes can vary as well. It’s really beneficial for the staff to grasp how the scales and labels work, and use that to their advantage!
