Things that I have never seen: a cicada
Beautiful! I have never seen them either. I heard them in Costa Rica, but couldn’t find them.

This is my cicada, which is located on my left thigh. It reminds me of playing with cicadas as a child at my Grandparents’ house in Kentucky. When I have the money, I plan to add some more to this piece in honor of my grandmother who recently passed away. This tattoo was done by Melissa at Lady Luck Tattoos in Owensboro, KY.
